From Broadway to Hamilton

By Isaiah Buchanan on November 21, 2011

Colgate’s 170 clubs and organizations ensure that there is always something to do — whether it is supporting the Raiders on the football field, attending a lecture, or a cultural event — there is no shortage of weekend activities! This past weekend, I attended Rent, performed by Masque and Triangle, Colgate’s student theater society, in conjunction with the Student Musical Theater Company (SMuTCo). The production showcased the many musical and theatrical talents of the student body. It was a terrific show and I especially enjoyed seeing so many of our admission volunteers perform on stage and in the pit band! The show took place downtown at the Palace Theater.
