The ALANA Cultural Center hosted the 2nd annual curry cook-off last night. Students, faculty, and staff were treated to curry dishes from Ghana, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, India, and the Caribbean. The savory flavors and delightful aromas filled the entire building. As a major foodie, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that most of the food was prepared by Colgate students and staff.
