Inside the ’gate: financial aid webcast

Is financial aid one of your top concerns in deciding where to go to college? Join Colgate financial aid and admission experts from 8 to 9 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 14, for Inside the ’gate—a live webcast that will address key questions parents and students have about the aid process. Answering your questions will be Marcelle Tyburski, director of financial aid, and Karen Giannino and Lynn Holcomb, senior associate deans of admission.

Topics will include:

  • different types of aid
  • common mistakes to avoid
  • required forms, deadlines, and a suggested timeline for applying
  • glossary of terms
  • important questions to ask colleges
  • determining your eligibility
